A pickup or local delivery order isn’t appearing on a GoDaddy smart terminal

When a customer selects the pickup or local delivery option for their online order, the order appears in the Orders app on the GoDaddy smart terminal. If an order isn’t appearing, here are some things to try.

Note: You’ll need to set up the local delivery or local pickup shipping methods in your Websites + Marketing store, or the local pickup method in your Managed WordPress Ecommerce online store if you’d like to offer these options to customers.

Step 1: Make sure you're looking in the right place

To find and manage an order that was set up for pickup or local delivery, tap the Orders app on the smart terminal home screen and use the Type and Status filters. All transactions processed with GoDaddy Payments appear in the Orders app.

Step 2: Refresh your screen

While viewing the Orders app, refresh the page by swiping down from the top of the screen. This will update your smart terminal with any new orders.

Step 3: Verify that you have an active Wi-Fi connection

Make sure that your smart terminal is connected to your wireless network.

If your smart terminal isn’t connecting, check out our Wi-Fi connectivity troubleshooting for help. Once you’ve got a Wi-Fi connection, new orders should begin appearing on your device.

Step 4: Try rebooting your smart terminal

Reboot your smart terminal and then check the Orders app again.

Step 5: Check for new orders in your online store

  1. Search for the order in your browser, depending on where the order was placed:
    • To view all orders that have been placed through a Websites + Marketing online store, go to the Payments Hub in your browser and select Website > Commerce > Orders.
    • To view all orders that have been placed through a Managed WordPress Ecommerce online store, go to your site in the browser and select WooCommerce > Orders.
    • To view orders placed via the Online Ordering channel (currently in limited release), select Orders from your GoDaddy Payments Dashboard.
  2. Search or filter the results to find specific orders.
