Turn on or reboot my GoDaddy smart terminal
Press and hold the power button for different durations to wake up, restart or reboot your GoDaddy smart terminal.
Before you begin, ensure your GoDaddy Smart Terminal is connected to a power source by connecting the power supply or placing the device on the docking station. If using a docking station, the cord should extend from the dock toward the merchant screen.
Wake the smart terminal
Your smart terminal has a sleep function that conserves power between uses. You can wake it up by pressing the power button and releasing it quicky (hold it for about one second).
Power on the smart terminal
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
Power down or reboot the smart terminal
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. On the menu that appears, select Power off or Reboot.
Before you begin, ensure your Smart Terminal Flex is connected to a power source by connecting the power supply.
