Offer local pickup

You can offer customers the option to pickup their order at your retail location for free or for a fee. Offer local pickup by state and/or postal code to your customers.

1. Sign in to WordPress.
2. In the left-hand menu, click WooCommerce, which will expand and give additional options.
3. Click Settings in the expanded WooCommerce menu.
4. Click the Shipping tab, near the top of the page.
5. In the Shipping Zones section, choose an existing shipping zone to offer local pickup by clicking the zone name.

Note: Steps 6-9 apply to creating a new shipping zone only. Skip to Step 10 if you are adding local pickup to an existing shipping zone.

6. (Optional) In the Shipping Zones section, click the Add shipping zone button.
7. (Optional) Enter a name for the new shipping zone into the Zone name box.
8. (Optional) In the Zone regions area, select the necessary countries and/or regions for your new shipping zone.
9. (Optional) Click the Save changes button.
10. Click the Add shipping method button.
11. In the pop-up window, select Local pickup from the dropdown.
12. Click the Add shipping method button.
13. By default, local pickup should be toggled to enabled. Click the text Local pickup to open up additional settings.
14. In the Title box, enter how you want to name the local pickup method on the checkout page.
15. Select the appropriate Tax status from the dropdown.
16. Enter an optional Cost for local pickup or leave it at zero to offer free pickup.
17. Click the Save changes button.
