GoDaddy Conversations Help

Star messages in GoDaddy Conversations for easy reference

If you have conversations that you want to be able to easily reference later, star them. You can then use a filter to view only the messages that you've starred.

Note:
  • The GoDaddy Conversations mobile app is not available with free Conversations plans.
  • For now, GoDaddy Conversations is available in English-language markets.
  1. Sign in to your GoDaddy Conversations mobile app.
  2. In the lower-left corner, tap Conversations to see a list of all your unarchived conversations.

Star a conversation from your inbox

  1. On the conversation you want to star, swipe slightly right.
  2. Tap Star.
    Slightly swipe right and then tap Star

    3. You can also swipe all the way to the right to immediately star the conversation.
    Long swipe right to instantly star

Star a conversation from within a thread

  1. Tap the conversation you want to star.
  2. In the upper-right corner, tap Tap to see more options More.
  3. Tap Star.

View all your starred conversations

  1. In the upper-right corner, tap Filter.

  2. Tap Starred.
    Tap Starred

Unstar you message

  1. On the message you want to unstar, swipe slightly right.
  2. Tap Unstar.
    Slightly swipe right and then tap Unstar

    3. You can also swipe all the way to the right to immediately unstar the message.

  1. Sign in to your GoDaddy Conversations mobile app.
  2. In the lower-left corner, tap Conversations to see a list of all your unarchived conversations.

Star a conversation from your inbox

  1. Tap and hold the conversation you want to star.
  2. Tap Star.

  1. Tap the conversation you want to star.
  2. In the upper-right corner, tap Tap to see more options More.
  3. Tap Star.

View all your starred conversations

  1. In the upper-right corner, tap Filter.

Unstar a message

  1. Tap and hold the message you want to unstar.
  2. Tap Unstar.
    Tap and hold, and then tap Unstar
  1. In a web browser, go to your GoDaddy product page.
  2. If you have the standalone version of Conversations, scroll to Conversations Unified Inbox and select Web Inbox on the right.

    OR

    If you have a Websites + Marketing plan, scroll to Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your site. In the menu on the left, select Conversations.

    You'll see a list of all your unarchived conversations.

Star from your inbox

  1. Hover your mouse pointer over the conversation you want to star.
  2. To the left of the message, select Tap to see more options More.
  3. Select Add Star.
    Select Add Star to mark as important

Star from within a conversation thread

You can also star conversations when you're in a conversation thread:

  1. Select the conversation you want to star.
  2. In the upper-right corner, tap Select Star to mark as important Star.

View all your starred conversations

  1. At the top of your list of messages, tap Inbox and then tap Starred.
    Select to see starred messages

Unstar a message

  1. Hover your mouse pointer over the conversation you want to unstar.
  2. To the left of the message, select Tap to see more options More.
  3. Select Remove Star.
