Change my Websites + Marketing site's footer
The footer is displayed on all your website pages, so it's a good place to add important content like social media links, terms of service or contact info, to help guide visitors. But be aware, you can't add an image to your site's footer.
- Go to your GoDaddy product page.
- Scroll down, expand Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your website.
- Select Edit Website or Edit Site to open your website builder.
- Select anywhere in the footer at the bottom of your site to open the panel and make your changes. Some features you can customize include:
- Layout: Choose which format you want to use. Some layouts are larger to include more information, like your address and phone number, and some are more compact.
- Accent: Choose your theme color, black or white.
- Text: Customize your copyright information and your footer note. Copyright text can be linked to another page, another URL, a phone number, an email or a product on your site, if you have a Commerce plan.
Note: Any paid Websites + Marketing plan can remove the Powered by GoDaddy watermark from the footer. (Compare plans and pricing)
- Social Accounts: Add links to your social media accounts.
- Site Navigation: View your pages. If you'd like a page to show in the footer navigation, change the page settings.
- Your changes are saved automatically. Use Preview to see the results, and when you're ready to make the changes public, publish your site.
