Change my Poynt username or password

Poynt and GoDaddy have joined forces! This means that your Poynt username and password are the same username and password that you use to sign in to your GoDaddy account. You can change these in your GoDaddy profile after you log in to your GoDaddy account.

Because you’re using GoDaddy login info, you can’t change your login information through the Poynt dashboard. But - changes you make to your GoDaddy username and password automatically carry over to your Poynt account.
