Add previous emails to Email Archiving
Email from before the activation of your Email Archiving add-on is not automatically added to your archive. However, they can be added for a fee by Barracuda, a trusted partner of GoDaddy. This is a best practice for ensuring business continuity, employee productivity, safeguarding of your legal interests, and compliance.
- Create an export of your old email data as a .PST file (if you're using Outlook) or an .EML file.
Required: The file name can't contain spaces or special characters. These characters are allowed: @ _ -.
- To submit your upload request, reach out to our GoDaddy Guides.
- After submitting your upload request, a Barracuda representative will contact you to get your export file and start the upload to your account.
Once the upload is completed, Barracuda will notify you by sending an email. The time required for your upload to complete depends on your exported file size.
