What is Shop POS Hardware?

Shop POS Hardware is a third-party distributor that GoDaddy has partnered with to sell accessories (like printers or cash drawers) for GoDaddy smart terminals. Visit https://shopposhardware.com/, create an account (or use guest checkout), select your item and place your order.

How do I place an order with the Shop POS Portal?

This is the process in a nutshell:

  1. Visit https://shopposhardware.com.
  2. Browse or search for the accessory you’d like to purchase. You can review additional details about each product, compare different products or add products to your wishlist for later.
  3. When you’ve found the item you want, select Add to Cart and then select Checkout.
  4. Enter your billing, shipping and payment details, and then select Place Order.
  5. If prompted, you can choose to create an account with Shop POS or simply check out as a guest.
  6. Check your email for order confirmation and info.

To track your order, if you created an account during checkout, sign in to your Shop POS dashboard and select Orders to check the order status and tracking info. If you did not create an account, email support@shopposportal.com to request your tracking information.

What types of accessories are available in the Shop POS Portal?

The Shop POS portal includes printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners and replacement printer paper rolls that are compatible with GoDaddy smart terminals.

How do I check my order status?

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email notification with your order details and tracking info.

If you created an account during checkout, sign in to your Shop POS dashboard and select Orders to check the order status and tracking info. If you did not create an account, email support@shopposportal.com to request your order status and tracking information.

Note: Your Shop POS account is separate from your GoDaddy account. Orders placed through the Shop POS Portal won’t appear in your GoDaddy product history.

What do I do if there’s a problem with my order?

If your order is missing, damaged, includes the wrong item or has another issue, contact Shop POS via webform for assistance.

How do I return an item for a refund?

Generally, orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please review the Shop POS refund policy for additional details.
