Understanding my payouts report

A payout report lets you see all payouts that have been sent from GoDaddy Payments to your linked bank account during a specified date range. You can run a payout report from your Dashboard. This article explains the key sections of a payout report. Select a section below to learn more:

Payout Summary

The Payout Summary section gives you a high-level overview of the activity that contributes to a payout, including Net Sales, Adjustments and Fees.

  • Net Sales: This section represents the total sales amount (including tips and surcharges), minus refunds. It gives you a clear picture of the revenue generated.
    • Sales: The total base amount of the transaction, not including tips or surcharges.
    • Tips: The total amount of tips from your customers’ credit card charges.
    • Surcharges: The total value of all surcharges collected. Surcharges are fees that you can add to credit card transactions to cover credit card processing fees.
