Manage discount pricing for my reseller customers
You can enable or disable discount pricing for specific customers. Discount pricing lets customers, such as family members or business partners, purchase products and services for prices less than your retail rates.
- Sign in to your Reseller Control Center (use your GoDaddy username and password).
- Go to Reports and select Customer Lookup.
- Enter information about the customer you want to manage discount pricing for, and click Search.
- Choose a name to view their information.
- Select or deselect the Discount Shopper check box.
Note: You don't earn commissions on purchases made by discount shoppers. This is because discount shoppers make purchases at wholesale pricing.
