How can I activate my cart recovery campaign?
Before you can use the cart recovery campaign, you'll need to make sure you have verified a custom email address for your shop.
You can activate the campaign by:
- Sign in to WordPress
- Hover over Marketing and then click on Emails.
- Click the Cart Recovery option under the Campaigns section.
- Based on your tier, you'll have either 1, 2, or 3 messages, all with varying delay time that the notification will be sent after the cart abandonment.
- Click on the Activate campaign toggle on the upper right corner. Your campaign will immediately activate, so make sure you have edited your email content.
- An Active badge will appear on the top of the page, next to the Cart Recovery title when your campaign is active.
