Check my POS hardware order status
When you order Point of Sale hardware from us, we keep you updated on your order status to make sure you get your package. You’ll get a confirmation email when your order ships and you can also view the order details and tracking info in your Dashboard. Whether you ordered a brand new device or are awaiting a replacement unit, it’s easy to check the status of your order.
- Sign in to your In Person Overview page (use your GoDaddy username and password).
- Select Shop Point of Sale or Devices, and then select Order History.
- Locate your order in the list to review the order details, including the current shipping status and FedEx tracking info.
- Select either the tracking number or Track Order (under Actions) to track your package through FedEx. If you don’t see a tracking option, check your email confirmation for the FedEx tracking number.
Note: It can take anywhere from 2 days to a week for your order to arrive. If your order still hasn’t arrived after a week, follow these steps to find your package.
