Change the username on my Microsoft 365 email account
Change your Microsoft 365 email username at any time, regardless of whether you created it yourself or it was generated for you by GoDaddy Airo™. After changing your username, an alias (or forwarding address) is automatically created with your previous username, so you won't miss any email sent to the old email address.
- Sign in to your Email & Office Dashboard (use your GoDaddy username and password).
- Next to the email address you want to update, select Manage.
- In the Account information section, select Edit. (You might need to scroll to the bottom of the page.)
- Enter your new username.
- Select Save.
