Cancel orders from my online store

Sometimes you may want to cancel an order that a customer placed by mistake.

  1. Go to your GoDaddy product page.
  2. Scroll down, expand Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your site.
  3. On your dashboard, expand Commerce, and then select Orders.
  4. From your list of orders, select the order you want to cancel.
  5. Next to Fulfill Order, select three horizontal dots icon more and then select Cancel order.
  6. Note: You can't cancel an order once it's been fulfilled.
  7. Select Yes to confirm you want to cancel the order.

Cancelling an order does not refund the customer their money. You must refund your customer through your payment provider. Automatic refunds only occur for orders placed via GoDaddy Payments.
