Cancel my GoDaddy Studio PRO subscription
GoDaddy Studio PRO is included in all paid Websites + Marketing plans at no extra cost. It's a tool that helps you design professional-looking imagery for your website and social media. When you're working in Websites + Marketing, GoDaddy Studio is referred to as Content Creator, and you can also subscribe to a standalone version of GoDaddy Studio.
You can cancel your GoDaddy Studio PRO subscription at any time. Once your billing period ends you’ll go back to having a free GoDaddy Studio account.
Deleting only the GoDaddy Studio app will not cancel your subscription—you’ll still be charged. To cancel your GoDaddy Studio PRO subscription, follow the steps for your device.
You can cancel your GoDaddy Studio PRO subscription through the Apple Settings app.
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your Apple ID.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Find GoDaddy Studio and select it.
- At the bottom of the screen, select Cancel Subscription.
From the Google Play Store app:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- In the upper-right corner, select your profile.
- Select Payments and subscriptions.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Select GoDaddy Studio.
- At the bottom of the screen, select Cancel subscription, and then confirm your cancelation.
From the GoDaddy Studio app:
- Sign in to your GoDaddy Studio app.
- In the upper-right corner, select
Settings. - Under Manage, select My Subscription.
- Scroll down and select Cancel Subscription.
You can cancel your GoDaddy Studio subscription on your GoDaddy account. To do this, follow the steps for deleting products in your GoDaddy account.
You’ll still have access to GoDaddy Studio PRO until your subscription expiry date, after which you'll have the free version of GoDaddy Studio.
