Add funds to purchase shipping labels
To purchase more shipping labels you'll need to make sure your ShipEngine account has enough funds available in its balance. You can do that by following the steps below:
You can enable the auto-funding feature during the ShipEngine signup flow, however, if you didn't do it during that process, you can click here to find more instructions on how to enable it from your ShipEngine dashboard.
- Sign in to WordPress.
- On the left-side menu, select WooCommerce, and then select Settings.
- From the top menu, select the Shipping tab and click on Shipping Labels.
- Click on the ShipEngine Dashboard button.
- Navigate to Connections and click on Carriers.
- Click on the Add Funds button at the top of the page. You can also view your current balance.
- Enter the amount of funds you'd like to add and click on the Purchase button to complete the payment.
- You're now able to purchase more shipping labels form the Edit Order page.
