Upgrade or downgrade WordPress Premium Support
If you use all of your WordPress Premium Support credits for a month, but need us to perform some more work, then it's easy to upgrade your plan to add additional credits.
- Go to your GoDaddy product page.
- On your My Products page, find Premium Support section, and select the downward arrow to expand the section.
- Select Options link next to the Manage button on the right.
- Once a pop up appears, select the Customize tab at the top.
- Select a new plan to change the number of service credits you receive each month.
- Select Checkout button.
- Complete the checkout process.
Your new plan and additional credits will be ready to use within a few minutes.
