Update my GoDaddy account profile
To help keep your account secure, we recommend that you keep your account profile information up to date. Your profile info includes your name, email and postal addresses, organization, phone numbers and default currency.
Note: Any time you change your profile info, we recommend you also check your two-step verification (2SV) phone numbers if you've got those set up.
- Go to your GoDaddy My Profile page. You might be prompted to sign in.
- Below My Profile, select the information you want to change.
Required: Your Primary Phone number must be a mobile number capable of receiving SMS text messages. That's the number we'll send a verification code to when we need to confirm your identity.
- If you're changing your email or Primary Phone number, we'll show you the email or number we have on file. Before you select Send Verification Code, change the email or phone number to the one you want to use and then select Send Verification Code. Then we'll send that code to your updated email or number. Follow the steps to confirm the new information.
- Your Home Phone can be a landline. Extensions are not supported.
- For all other profile info, update the information as needed, then select Update. Your changes are saved.
