Account management
Supported:

- Setting up or removing user accounts (mailboxes)
- Upgrading, downgrading or reassigning email plans for qualified mailboxes
- Removing Microsoft 365 plans and email add-ons from your account
- Explaining how to reset your email password or generate a new temporary password
- Configuring GoDaddy-managed DNS in your account to use Microsoft 365
- Reviewing the proper DNS settings to add to your third-party-hosted DNS

- Unblocking your email
- Providing guidance on managing distribution groups, aliases, shared mailboxes, forwards, rules, signatures, auto-replies and read receipts
- Troubleshooting Microsoft 365 system failures, errors and degradation. We will escalate to Microsoft if the email is not functioning as designed.
- Troubleshooting the ability to send and receive email in supported email clients and Outlook on the web
- Troubleshooting email connectivity in supported email clients
- Explaining best practices to secure your email and prevent email compromise:
- Using a strong password
- Enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) or security defaults

- Troubleshooting custom Exchange settings or third-party add-ons
- Managing the Exchange admin center beyond what is outlined in the Supported section above
- Managing imported or exported contacts, calendars, tasks, inbox rules and email
Email migrations support
Supported:
- Reviewing email migration qualifiers for GoDaddy’s Migration as a Service
- Migrating from eligible email services using GoDaddy’s email migration service
- Modifying an active GoDaddy migration project with necessary updates for a successful migration
- Troubleshooting missing content after a completed email migration
- Explaining how to update supported email clients after a GoDaddy email migration
Not supported:
- Migrating to or away from Microsoft 365 using something other than the GoDaddy email migration service (manual backups, third-party migration services, etc.)
- Migrating storage services such as OneDrive, Dropbox or Google Drive to GoDaddy
Microsoft Office and Business apps
Supported:
- Explaining how to install and activate Microsoft 365 and included business apps on the latest version of Windows OS, macOS and compatible mobile operating systems
- Providing guidance on using Microsoft Office and business apps
- Explaining how to install and synchronize included SharePoint or OneDrive software with supported desktop and mobile devices
- Accessing the Microsoft Azure portal

- Explaining how to use SharePoint or OneDrive
- Managing Microsoft Azure beyond what is outlined in the Supported section above
- Explaining how to use Office apps and included business apps (writing Excel formulas, creating PowerPoint presentations, setting your Bookings schedule, etc.)
- Troubleshooting the integration of third-party products with Microsoft 365
Advanced Email Security
Supported:
- Providing guidance on the initial setup and usage of Advanced Email Security:
- Encrypting your email
- Managing the allowlist or blocklist
- Modifying VIP spoofing protection
- Managing trusted third-party senders
- Modifying the spear-phishing protection
- Explaining where to customize settings within Advanced Email Security
- Verifying default settings are set up properly in Microsoft 365
- Providing guidance on how to review message logs and quarantined emails
- Providing guidance on releasing and reporting message(s) to improve spam detection
- Replacing default connectors or other default settings
- Troubleshooting Advanced Email Security when it is not functioning as designed

- Submitting a content restore
- Backing up shared mailbox content
