- Sign in to your Reseller Control Center (use your GoDaddy username and password).
- Go to Settings and then select Support Options.
- Under Contact Preferences, enter your preferred Contact Email.
- Check the box to confirm Yes, alert me of event notifications and important updates.
- Click Save to start your subscription.
Note: When you select this option, you'll also get emails to notify you when your customers purchase NEW products from your storefront.
