Set up text message alerts for my Online Store
Turn on text message notifications so you never miss an order. Please note that this feature is only available for Website + Marketing Commerce and Commerce Plus plans.
- Go to your GoDaddy product page.
- Scroll down, expand Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your site.
- On your dashboard, expand Commerce, and then select Settings.
- Switch on the Get SMS notifications when you get an order toggle.
- Enter your mobile phone number, and then select Next.
- We'll send you a passcode to verify your phone number. Enter the passcode number from the text and then select Finish. If you don't receive the text in a few moments, or if your passcode expires, use the Resend it link to get another passcode.
- The number receiving texts now shows under the SMS notifications toggle. Use the Update link if you need to change it.
