Set my Close of Day time
By default, your Close of Day (COD) time is set as 5:00 PM Pacific Time. All transactions made until this cut-off time are grouped into the payout initiated that day. You should expect to receive this payout into your bank account within 1-2 business days, depending on your COD time.
Note: Your COD time is also your deadline for adjusting transactions to include tips that customers add to printed receipts. If you don’t update transactions to include these tips before COD, the day’s payments will be deposited without tips.
- Go to the Dashboard where you manage your Payments account (use your GoDaddy username and password).
- Select Settings, and then Payouts.
- Under Close of Day, choose a time for each day from the menu.
- Select Save.
If you change your Close of Day time mid-day, the updated time will come into effect the following day. The current transacting cycle will use your original Close of Day time, and the next transacting cycle will reflect the updated time.
Note: Funds are not transferred on weekends and bank holidays.
