Reset my Facebook connection

If you encounter errors when trying to connect your website to Facebook, try resetting your Facebook connection.

First, check that you’ve created a Facebook business page, which is different than your Facebook profile page. If you don't create a business page, you won’t be able to connect it to your site.
Next, check your Facebook page’s privacy and settings for business integrations. Once you’ve read the instructions, go to your business settings and check if GoDaddy is set as active.
You may decide to disconnect your site from Facebook. This will also disconnect Instagram and remove any images you have imported from your social media accounts, so think carefully before you do this. You can then reconnect your site to Facebook to try and resolve the issue.
