Disable the GoDaddy smart terminal printer
If you don’t want to use the internal printer on your GoDaddy smart terminal, you can disable it. This will turn off all reminders and notifications about the built-in printer. You’ll still be able to print receipts with a connected external printer.
- Tap Settings on the second page of the smart terminal home screen.
- Tap Accessory.
- Under Printer, switch the toggle to Off.
Note: To remove the paper receipt option for your customers (for both internal and external printers), access the on-device receipt settings and turn off Enable paper receipt.
