Connect my Instagram professional account to GoDaddy Conversations

If you have an Instagram professional (business or creator) account, connect it to the GoDaddy Conversations mobile app to receive your messages and comments on your posts directly in Conversations.

Required: Your Instagram professional account must be linked to your Facebook page so that you can use the Facebook login to access the account.
  1. Sign in to your GoDaddy Conversations app.
  2. In the lower-right corner, tap Tap Account Account.
  3. Under Instagram, tap Connect. (If you previously connected Instagram to Conversations, tap RE-CONNECT instead.)
    Tap Connect.
  4. If required, sign in to your Facebook account or select Continue as…
  5. Tap the Instagram account you’d like to connect.
  6. To complete the setup, tap Continue.
  1. Go to your GoDaddy product page.
  2. If you have the standalone version of Conversations, scroll to Conversations Unified Inbox and select Web Inbox on the right.

    OR

    If you have a Websites + Marketing plan, scroll to Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your site. In the menu on the left, select Conversations.

  3. Select Channels and Settings.
  4. Select Social Channels.
  5. If this is the first time you're connecting Instagram to Conversations:
    1. To the right side of Instagram, select Connect.
      Select Connect
    2. If required, sign in to your Facebook account.
    3. Select the Instagram account you want to use with Conversations.
    4. To complete the setup, select Continue.

    If you previously connected Instagram to Conversations:

    1. To the right side of Instagram, select Manage.
      Select Manage
    2. Under Post Comments, select Allow access.
    3. Follow the onscreen prompts to finish connecting Instagram.
