Check the status of WP Premium Support task
From within the WP Premium Support dashboard you can view the status of your service requests, view comments and messages from the developers performing the work, and send them your own messages.
- Log in to your GoDaddy account and open the WP Premium Support dashboard (Need help opening your product?)
- View the state of any requests in the Status column:
- Open - The requested task is in queue to be completed, or already in progress
- Need Info - We need additional info before the requested task can be completed
- Complete - The requested task was completed and we've sent a response
- Click the Task # to open the response history for that requested task
- Scroll down to view the notes and messages regarding your request
